These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Shooting Coach mobile application ("the app") developed by Shooting Coach. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Description of Service

Shooting Coach is an AI-powered pistol shooting analysis tool. You photograph your paper shooting targets and receive feedback on shot placement, grouping, and technique suggestions. The app is intended for educational and training purposes only.

Credits and Purchases

• Each target analysis costs 1 credit.
• New users receive a limited number of free credits per device.
• Additional credits can be purchased as in-app purchases through Apple.
• Credits are consumable and non-refundable. Once used for an analysis, credits cannot be restored.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, traded, or exchanged.
• Unused credits do not expire.

All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. To request a refund, contact Apple directly through the App Store.

Account

You may use the app anonymously or create an account using email or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Analysis history is stored locally on your device and cannot be recovered if the app is deleted, regardless of account status. If you use the app anonymously, your credits are also tied to your device and may be lost if the app is deleted. Creating an account preserves your credit balance across devices and reinstalls.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose of analyzing shooting targets. You must not:

• Submit images that do not depict shooting targets
• Attempt to manipulate or abuse the credit system
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
• Use automated tools to access the service

AI Analysis Disclaimer

Analysis results are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Results may not always be accurate. Shooting Coach does not guarantee any improvement in shooting performance. Always follow proper firearm safety practices and seek qualified instruction.

Intellectual Property

The app, its design, code, and content are owned by Shooting Coach. You retain ownership of any photos you submit. By submitting a photo for analysis, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process the image solely for the purpose of providing the analysis.

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, credits, or analysis results.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for violation of these Terms or abuse of the service. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
